No Refunds

All items are handcrafted and made-to-order. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations, refunds, or changes are not accepted.

Claim

To submit a claim, you must record a full, uncut video clearly showing the sealed parcel before opening and the condition of the item.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim without a complete unedited video.

Taxes & Shipping Risks

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, loss, or damage during shipping.
Customers are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

Size Change

To avoid additional charges such as international shipping fees, import duties, and taxes, we do not accept size exchanges for international orders.

Production & Delivery Time

All pieces are made-to-order. Production time is indicated on each product page.
Delivery via DHL Express usually takes 4–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Unclaimed / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or failure to claim the parcel, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
If return shipments incur import taxes, the brand reserves the right to refuse the parcel, and DHL will handle it according to their procedures.

Handmade Variations

As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or measurements may occur. These are not considered defects.
